The problems that system designers and software engineers are called upon to solve are often immensely complex. Understanding the nature of the problem can be very difficult,particularly if the system is new and there is no existing system to serve as a model for the solution. In the requirements capture and analysis phase, software engineers work with you to define the problem and establish the services, the new system should provide and the constraints under which it must operate. The result of this analysis is a Requirements Definition, the first formal document produced in our consulting process.The Requirements Definition document uses plain English to describe the services provided by the system.
We will sit with you an analyze your project and how it relates to your business goals. We will collect data and documents from your organization related to how things are currently done at your office and how these problems will be improved.

Requirements Specification: In this phase, VERTICLE TECHNOLOGIES describes the system services in more detail in a document called a Requirements Specification . This phase, which is sometimes referred to as a Functional Specification is precise so as to serve as a contract between you and VERTICLE TECHNOLOGIES . It is written so that it is understandable to your technical staff and our engineers. For complex projects, it is sometimes necessary to create a system prototype at this stage that answers key technical questions.
We will provide to you a quote to build your project with a detailed analysis of the functional points and time involved with building them.

System Specification: Sometimes referred to as a "Design Specification", this document is an abstract description of the software which is the basis for its design and implementation. It maintains a clear relationship with the Requirements Specification but is principally directed at software designers rather than users or management. If necessary, a draft of the user's manual is also created at this stage.
A picture is worth a thousand words. And providing you of a mockup of the functionality of a new feature will look like sometime says volumes about the way the system is constructed.

Integration: The individual program units or programs are integrated and tested as a complete system to ensure that the system requirements have been met.

Documentation and Training: No system is complete until the administrators are trained who will support the system and the users know how to use it. In order to ensure this, CAF soft provides complete documentation on the system architecture. We may also optionally supply end user training and documentation.

Operation, Maintenance and Release ( 6 )
Operation and Maintenance: Normally (although not necessarily), this is the longest life cycle phase. The system is installed and put into production use. Maintenance involves correcting errors that were not discovered in earlier stages of the life cycle, improving the implementation of system units and enhancing the system's services as new requirements are discovered.
When the new release has been tested and is on staging, we will then put the release into production for use by our clients and their customers.
